Small Business Loan Program Funds Two Projects
ETRDC funded two projects that will help spur economic development in Texas!

Did you know ETCOG can help local entrepreneurs seek funding solutions through the East Texas Regional Development Company small business loan program? The East Texas Regional Development Company, ETRDC, was established in 1983 as a non-profit Certified Development Company designated by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA). Through this program, we offer fixed-rate financing for small businesses through the SBA 504 loan program and a revolving loan fund.
Recently, ETRDC funded two projects that will help spur economic development in Texas! We are proud to announce the funding of a $1.6M SBA 504 loan for a project in Bandera County in the hospitality industry. The total project cost is over $5.5M. We also funded a $31,500 Chapman Loan for a small business located in Wood County, here in East Texas.
Our mission is to promote and assist with the economic development of East Texas through small business lending. Our primary lending program is the SBA 504 small business loan.
